TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We believe in transparency regarding pricing and terms. The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts and service agreements with ABC Locksmith:

This document outlines all aspects of service, payment, warranty, and liability agreements. Upon review and evaluation, a client signature is required before any parts

or services are provided by ABC Locksmith unless otherwise agreed or authorized. No exceptions to this agreement can be made without prior consent from management. All oral or written representations outside of those included here and in the estimate are considered null and void.

SERVICES

All work will be completed efficiently and on time, based on the estimate provided by ABC Locksmith and signed by the client.

● Services will be scheduled based on availability. ABC Locksmith will not provide services during extreme weather conditions that could compromise the quality of work or the safety of clients or employees.

● Work covered by the warranty will be performed during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

PAYMENT & BILLING (FEE STRUCTURE)

Payment in full is required upon completion of services. All materials remain the property of ABC Locksmith until payment is made in full. Authorization for future payment arrangements must be approved by management. The final work will be reviewed and approved by the client.

● Payments can be made by check, credit/debit card, or cash. A 50% deposit is required for estimates or quotes before the job commences.

● Clients requesting deferred billing must make a payment for the first scope of services at the time of completion. Deferred billing is available only to pre-qualified clients using the “Business Credit Application.” Upon approval, clients may be offered Net 15 or Net 30 payment terms, billed upon completion of services rendered.

● If payment is overdue, a 5% late fee will apply per month, as per the vendor/client billing agreement.

● If a client fails to make timely payment, they agree to cover ABC Locksmith’s court costs and reasonable attorney fees related to the collection of outstanding amounts.

WARRANTY & LIABILITY

● All hardware, labor, and work provided by ABC Locksmith are guaranteed for 90 days from the installation date, except for issues caused by abuse, vandalism, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control. No warranty is provided for repairs to existing parts, tampered work, or work performed by another locksmith.

● No warranty applies to parts, hardware, or products purchased from external sources other than ABC Locksmith.

● No warranty is provided for parts, hardware, or labor affected by weather conditions.

● Door Closers: Warrantied for 90 days, excluding adjustments needed due to weather changes.

● Custom Work (including welding, framing, and door installation): Guaranteed for 90 days. Modifications to existing materials are not covered by warranty. Any materials or labor affected by extreme weather, vandalism, or abuse are not covered.

● ABC Locksmith requires access to necessary locations during installation/repair. Clients must be on-site at the end of the job to sign off on completed work and receive operational training. Wired Intercoms: Warrantied for 90 days, excluding speakers, amplifiers, and transformers. Clients must be present for the final sign-off and training.

Wireless Intercoms: ABC Locksmith is not responsible for connection issues between the system and wireless devices. If a call back is requested due to connection issues, a $145 trip charge and hourly rate for troubleshooting will apply.

● Quotes for intercom, access control, and video systems are valid only if existing wiring and parts are compatible with the new hardware. Existing wiring must be in working condition at the time of installation. If no existing system is present, this does not apply.

● No warranty is provided for repairs on existing parts or tampered work, and no warranty applies to work affected by weather conditions.

Medeco Lock Installations: Medeco Lock Installations: Upon installation, clients will either receive their keys and cards immediately, or the cards will be completed, and the keys will be registered in our system. By signing the invoice, the client confirms receipt of the Medeco high-security lock. Maintenance: All installed products and hardware require regular maintenance, which typically includes periodic adjustment, cleaning, and resetting after installation.

Low Voltage Products: No returns are accepted for low voltage products. All sales are final.

● All hardware (such as panels, security hardware, locks) comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. Clients agree to adhere to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Failure to comply will suspend ABC Locksmith’s warranty. ABC Locksmith reserves the right to discontinue or suspend services to any vendor or client at any time.
